5% sales tax included in above rates

Off-Season Rates
Single/Double occupancy -- $85/night
Three occupants -- $100/night
Four occupants -- $115/night

The rate schedule does not include prepared breakfast, but does include instant hot cocoa, instant oatmeal, tea, and coffee.
